Marquessa Margolin is a legal scholar who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Distinction in International Corporate Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M) specializing in International Corporate Law. Marquessa's postgraduate academic research centers on International Corporate Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution including UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, mergers, acquisitions, anti-trust law, intellectual property, securities regulation and revenue and taxation law.
